Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, milk, brown sugar, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.
