  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Spread the peach mixture in a baking dish and top with the crumbly mixture.
