A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this crescent ring is easy to make and perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb of thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of sliced onions
  • 2 cups of shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange it in a circle on a baking sheet, overlapping the edges.
  5. Place the beef and vegetable mixture in the center of the crescent ring.
  6. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the filling.
  7. Fold the crescent dough over the filling, tucking it in to form a ring.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
