A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this crescent ring is easy to make and perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 lb of thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup of sliced onions
- 2 cups of shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange it in a circle on a baking sheet, overlapping the edges.
- Place the beef and vegetable mixture in the center of the crescent ring.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the filling.
- Fold the crescent dough over the filling, tucking it in to form a ring.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add mushrooms or other vegetables to the filling.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
