- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and lemon juice, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped pecans.
- Pour the melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
- Can substitute pecans with walnuts if desired.
