Description

These Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are warm, golden pockets filled with gooey cheese and savory pepperoni, perfect for movie nights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into squares (2-3 inches wide).
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni in the center of each square, followed by mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm alongside additional pizza sauce for dipping.
