A delicious and easy-to-make peppermint no-bake fudge that is perfect for the holiday season or any time you crave a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup of crushed peppermint candies
- 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- If desired, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
- Feel free to substitute dark chocolate chips for semi-sweet for a richer taste.
