Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup of crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. If desired, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
