Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced peaches and raspberries with 1/4 cup of sugar in a large bowl and let them sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Spread the fruit mixture evenly into your greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt in another bowl until evenly combined.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the fruit in the baking dish, without stirring.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit bubbles.
