  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, combine diced peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar, cornstarch, and flour.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer the peach mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
