- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the tart shell.
- Arrange the sliced peaches and blueberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Bake the tart for 20-25 minutes or until the fruit is slightly softened.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe peaches.
- This tart can be served chilled or at room temperature.
- Feel free to substitute other berries if desired.
