- 1 cup passionfruit pulp

Instructions
- Whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until dissolved.
- Stir in the passionfruit pulp, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for 20-30 minutes.
- Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 240 minutes.
- Serve the passionfruit ice cream in chilled bowls and enjoy!
Notes
For a dairy-free option, swap heavy cream and whole milk with coconut cream and a dairy-free milk. You can also make a no-churn version if you don’t have an ice cream maker.
