  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions to prepare.
  4. Cut the flour tortillas into smaller circles to fit into muffin tins.
  5. Press the tortilla circles into the muffin tin to form cups.
