Description

Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or crumbled tofu)
  • Chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy sauce (for sauce)
  • Lime juice
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground meat, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  5. Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet with space between each.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and water in a bowl for the peanut sauce.
  8. Serve the dumplings hot with the peanut sauce.
