Ingredients
- Dumpling wrappers
- Ground meat (chicken, pork, or crumbled tofu)
- Chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
- Garlic (minced)
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Peanut butter
- Soy sauce (for sauce)
- Lime juice
- Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground meat, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and water in a bowl for the peanut sauce.
- Serve the dumplings hot with the peanut sauce.
