- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the ice cream base by whisking heavy cream, milk, sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla until dissolved.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Churn the mixture in a pre-frozen ice cream maker for about 20-25 minutes.
- Add crushed Oreo cookies and warm hot fudge, gently folding them into the ice cream.
- Freeze in an airtight container for at least 4 hours until firm.
