- 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
- Dissolve the orange Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add in 1 cup of cold water and stir well to cool the mixture.
- Beat 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually blend in 1 cup of heavy whipped cream until silky and fluffy.
- Fold the Jello mixture into the cream mixture gently to retain volume.
- Pour the mixture into the cookie pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until fully set.
- Top the pie with whipped cream and orange zest just before serving.
