  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the pasta and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  7. Return the steak to the pot and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
