  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
