- 3 cups of graham cracker cereal
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker cereal, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- In a small saucepan, heat the peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
- For a chocolate drizzle, melt additional chocolate chips and drizzle over the top before refrigerating.
