Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, then combine with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until it reaches stiff peaks.
- Blend the sweetened condensed milk, mint chocolate chip ice cream, peppermint extract, and optional green food coloring until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the mint mixture using a spatula.
- Pour the mint mixture into the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh mint leaves before serving.
