Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring delicious layers of mint-infused filling and a crisp chocolate cookie crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, then combine with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until it reaches stiff peaks.
  3. Blend the sweetened condensed milk, mint chocolate chip ice cream, peppermint extract, and optional green food coloring until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream gently into the mint mixture using a spatula.
  5. Pour the mint mixture into the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes
