- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
- Gingerbread cookie crumbs for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Beat until the mixture is fluffy and holds stiff peaks.
- Fold in the crushed gingerbread cookies gently.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture into serving cups, alternating with more crushed gingerbread cookies.
- Top with additional gingerbread cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a stronger ginger flavor, add more ground ginger.
