A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, caramel, and crunchy pecans.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and sprinkle with half of the chopped pecans.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cheesecake mixture, caramel sauce, and pecans.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark caramel sauce.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Can be topped with additional whipped cream and pecans before serving.
