  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Dip each cheese stick in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Freeze the breaded cheese sticks for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the cheese sticks in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
