- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened, then stir in spinach until wilted.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
