Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering, then remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until set.
