- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the balsamic vinegar over medium heat until it reduces by half and becomes syrupy.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- On a skewer or toothpick, thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the assembled bites.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, you can add a bit of honey to the balsamic vinegar while reducing.
- These bites can be prepared ahead of time; just add the glaze before serving.
