Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
