- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
