Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a shallow dish, place the flour.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinade and dredge in flour, shaking off excess.
