- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, place the flour.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and dredge in flour, shaking off excess.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
