- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted down.
- Mix cream cheese, feta, and mozzarella in a large bowl, adding oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Incorporate the sautéed spinach to the cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, either as a side dish or a light lunch.
Notes
To make-ahead, prepare the mixture a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Reheat before serving.
