Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted down.
  4. Mix cream cheese, feta, and mozzarella in a large bowl, adding oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Incorporate the sautéed spinach to the cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm, either as a side dish or a light lunch.

Notes

To make-ahead, prepare the mixture a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Reheat before serving.
