Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare sweet potatoes: Peel and dice into cubes, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
