Description

A delightful combination of tender marinated chicken, crispy bacon, and sweet maple syrup, all nestled in soft slider buns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken by adding it to the marinade and coating it thoroughly. Cover and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 5-7 minutes), then let it rest on paper towels.
  4. Sear the marinated chicken in the same skillet until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a piece of chicken and a slice of bacon in each slider bun. Drizzle with additional maple glaze if desired.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Customize with cheese or fresh herbs as desired.
