Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh arugula or spinach for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  3. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap each chicken slice with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet and brush with the maple syrup mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
