- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh arugula or spinach for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
- Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each chicken slice with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet and brush with the maple syrup mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the chicken on the slider buns and adding arugula or spinach.
- Drizzle with additional maple syrup if desired and serve warm.
