- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
