  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, milk, breadcrumbs, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
