Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and lemon juice, then transfer to a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, brown sugar substitute, cinnamon, and salt.
- Drizzle melted coconut oil over the dry mixture and stir until combined.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
