- 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form small bite-sized balls.
- Place the cauliflower bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
