Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
  3. Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender, then let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
