- 1 pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Add the cooked sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log shape, sealing the edges.
- Place the stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush it over the stromboli.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
