A creamy and indulgent pasta dish that combines the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger with rich Alfredo sauce.

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir to combine.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and half of the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Top with crumbled bacon and remaining cheddar cheese; let it melt slightly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
