- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute.
- Add the lemon juice and zest, blending the flavors.
- Prepare the cod fillets in a baking dish, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Pour the lemon garlic butter over the cod.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cod flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
You can prepare the lemon garlic butter in advance and store it in the fridge. Consider using an air fryer for a quicker cooking method.
