- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler and drizzle over the cooled cookies.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
