Instructions

- Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables; stir well to combine.
- Add roasted peanuts and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
