- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated taro, coconut milk, sugar, shredded coconut, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
