Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
