- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more gochujang to the marinade.
