- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through.
- In a serving dish, layer the cooked rice, followed by the beef, kimchi, and green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add gochujang to the marinade.
- Serve with additional kimchi on the side for extra flavor.
