- 1 large egg

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter for brushing
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until smooth.
- Combine almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the egg and melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into about 8-10 breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
