Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter for brushing
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Combine almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the egg and melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into about 8-10 breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm.
