  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic until the meat is cooked through.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
