  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with jumbo muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced peaches and half of the caramel sauce.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin liners, filling them about 3/4 full.
  7. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top of each muffin.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
