Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them well.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  6. Slice the avocados and prepare the cherry tomatoes.
  7. Rest the grilled chicken for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
  8. Serve the chicken topped with avocado slices and cherry tomatoes, garnishing with cilantro if desired.
