Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad featuring strawberries, mandarins, peaches, and Jello, topped with Cool Whip for a delightful dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced
  • 30 oz mandarins (canned), drained
  • 30 oz peaches (canned), drained and chopped
  • 3.4 oz red Jello
  • 3.4 oz orange Jello
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jello according to package instructions, using ¾ cup of cold water and ¾ cup of hot water. Refrigerate until firm.
  2. Thaw the Cool Whip in the fridge.
  3. Slice the strawberries to preferred size.
  4. Grate the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Drain the canned peaches and mandarins, cutting them into smaller pieces.
  6. Once Jello is firm, cut it into ½-inch cubes.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir gently.
  8. Serve and enjoy, preferably the same day for freshness.

Notes

For make-ahead options, prepare ingredients in advance but mix them just before serving. Experiment with seasonal fruits for variety.
