- 1 lb strawberries, sliced
- 30 oz mandarins (canned), drained
- 30 oz peaches (canned), drained and chopped
- 3.4 oz red Jello
- 3.4 oz orange Jello
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
- Prepare the Jello according to package instructions, using ¾ cup of cold water and ¾ cup of hot water. Refrigerate until firm.
- Thaw the Cool Whip in the fridge.
- Slice the strawberries to preferred size.
- Grate the mozzarella cheese.
- Drain the canned peaches and mandarins, cutting them into smaller pieces.
- Once Jello is firm, cut it into ½-inch cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir gently.
- Serve and enjoy, preferably the same day for freshness.
Notes
For make-ahead options, prepare ingredients in advance but mix them just before serving. Experiment with seasonal fruits for variety.
