Scale
  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

  2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and bacon (if using).
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
