  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, and Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the filling.
  6. Carefully roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Pinch the ends to seal and place the Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
