- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the sliced almonds.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a more intense almond flavor, you can add more almond extract.
